We appreciate you taking the time to visit our website owned by Neighborhood Naturopathic, a Minnesota corporation, (“Site”). Hopefully you will find our website to be an acceptable and safe experience. To assure this experience we have established certain terms and conditions so that you know what to expect from us and we know what to expect from you. By using the Site you agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein. Subscription-based product purchases require a minimum of 6 payments, regardless of subscription frequency (monthly, every two months, or every three months).
For any reason whatsoever we reserve the right to discontinue a product or service at any time, as well as limit the sale of a product or service for any reason, in our sole discretion.
We have the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
Registration
To access certain features of the Site, we may ask you to provide certain demographic information including your gender, year of birth, zip code and country. In addition, if you elect to sign-up for a particular feature on the Site, such as chat rooms, web logs, or bulletin boards, you may also be asked to register with us on the form provided and such registration may require you to provide personally identifiable information such as you name and email address. Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of products sold, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. For damaged items or wrong items received please contact us.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota and any dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration in Edina, Minnesota. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
